Delta's Research Mentor Learning Communities are based on a nationally recognized curriculum. The seminar gives you dedicated space to reflect and reinvigorate and provide concrete tools to support a successful mentor/mentee relationship.

Delta’s Research Mentor Learning Communities are designed for graduate students who are mentoring an undergraduate researcher and for whom mentoring may be an important part of their future career. The seminar give you space to reflect and reinvigorate, as you receive concrete tools to support a successful mentor/mentee relationship.
This course counts as an elective toward the Higher Education Teaching and Learning, Graduate/Professional Certificate.
