Workshop demo and best practices: 1pm-2pm
Optional 'sandbox' practice time: 2pm-2:30pm
Many of us are teaching online using Blackboard Collaborate Ultra this semester who are new to it. We want to engage and interact with our students, and it can feel intimidating in a remote context. How can you use polls, annotating, the whiteboard, and breakout groups to promote engaging and effective synchronous teaching sessions in Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, specifically? This workshop will demo and talk best practices. Like all technology, there is a learning curve here- you won't become an expert in an hour, but you will leave with one idea for something to try.
Please note: This workshop will be recorded.
