Consider joining a Delta internship cohort to become a more effective, evidence-based teacher!

The Delta Internship (see overview and FAQs here) is open to all graduate students and postdocs interested in partnering with faculty and staff to develop a teaching plan, guest teach, and evaluate student learning as a teaching-as-research project.

Attend this session to:

  • Discuss the internship goals, process and timeline
  • Potential internship projects and partners

This information session is for participants who are interested in the Delta Internship in their graduate or postdoctoral careers. We will discuss prerequisite requirements, finding a project and a faculty mentor, the structure of the internship program and seminar, and the Delta Certificate in Teaching and Learning.

Note: To participate in the Delta internship you must have taken, or be taking, a Delta or CIRTL course (or approved alternative; contact wixon@wisc.edu to ask). It is NOT a requirement to have taken a course to come to this information session.
